A case involving Accra Great Olympics and the Ghana Football Association has been adjourned to February 21 by the Accra High Court.
Justice Anthony Yeboah before adjourning the case listened to a plea by both parties but Olympics ask to be given sometime to completely study the response filed by counsel for the GFA because they only received it last Monday.
And Justice Yeboah directed the counsel for both parties to ensure that their written responses and any other supplementary documents including regulations of the FA are filed before this Friday.
Great Olympics placed an interlocutory injunction on the Launch of the 2017/18 league, the start of the Premier league and end of season League Congress after the Appeals Committee of the Football governing body delayed to give a ruling of a protest the club lodged against Elmina Sharks and Bechem United in last season’s premier league.
