President Akufo-Addo, Ivorian Counterpart To Meet To Decide Way Forward In ITLOS Ruling

President Akufo-Addo has returned home from New York, USA after attending the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly.

Briefing the Media at the Jubilee Lounge of the Kotoka International Airport, Minister of Information, Mustapha Hamid noted that on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, President Akufo-Addo met with his Ivorian counterpart, Alassane Ouattara, on how the two leading producers of cocoa can fight for a good price for the commodity.

On the recent ITLOS ruling on the maritime dispute between the two countries, Mr Hamid announced that the two Presidents will meet this week to decide the way forward.
