Aduana Stars Part Ways With Yusif Abubakar

League champions Aduana Stars have terminated headcaoch Yusif Abubakar’s contract this morning following a report that the coach has signed a pre-contract agreement with rivals Accra Hearts of Oak amid talks to renew his contract with the Ogya Boys.

Abubakar has just two months remaining on his current deal with the Dormaa side who are a week away to resume their CAF Confederations Group A assignment against AS Vita Club of DR Congo.

The former Hearts of Oak trainer who joined the Dormaa-based outfit less than nine months ago leaves the defending Ghana League champions in 14th place with just 14 points, and three outstanding games before the league went on recess.

He won the 2016/17 ghana premier league after finishing runners-up in the previous season.

We understand that, Former Inter Allies Headcaoch, Kenichi Yatsuhatsi could be named as the new headcoach for Aduana stars.

Kenechi Yastuhashi mutually parted ways with Inter Allies last month after placing seventh league table and setting a record of unbeaten run at home.
