My Players Impressed Me At The 2017 WAFU Cup- Frank Nuttall.

Accra Hearts of Oak head coach, Frank Nuttall, has lauded the performance of his players in the just ended West Africa Football Union (WAFU) Cup of Nations.

Five “Phobian” players, Kwame Kizito, Patrick Razak, Thomas Abbey, Vincent Atinga and Winful Cobbinah played vital roles in Ghana’s retention of the decorated sub-regional trophy.

“I thought they played very well over the course of the tournament. They equipped themselves very well but of course, they were part of a bigger squad and I have to commend not only them but all the players connected with all the clubs that represented Ghana.”

“Am satisfied with my players both here [Cape Coast] and back in Accra. They have been training very hard. I am very happy with my players and their performances” He concluded.

The Scottish Trainer leads the rainbow club for Sunday’s MTN FA Cup semi-final against defending Ghana Premier League Champions, Wa All-Stars.
