21st Clinic bags award in Rwanda

21st Clinic has bagged another award in Rwanda, thereby putting Ghana on the world map again as a destination for alternative medicine and treatment.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the clinic, Dr. Blessed Foster was also awarded for his achievements and several successes in the herbal medicine sector in addition to how he has used his clinic to solve several ailments with herbal medicine.

Organizers of the spectacular event, African Regional Magazine also awarded and recognized over 100 most influential individuals and cooperate institutions in the Africa continent.

Speaking after receiving his award, Dr. Blessed dedicated the win to the people of Ghana especially the people and traditional council of Nkoranza located in the Bono East region for the support and contribution towards the growing of the 21st clinic brand.

“This is a win for all of us. Ghanaians have been of great support to my herbal clinic and I appreciate it. The people and traditional leaders of Nkoranza have also been exceptional. They’ve held me down from the start. They made sure the first point was a success, which has made it an international name at the moment. In just about two months, we’ve won several awards, including heavy international mentions, and the support from Ghanaians made it possible which I am grateful for it” he said.

In attendance with Dr. Blessed at the awards ceremony were top media personalities from Ghana including Akosua Ago Aboagye of Peace FM, Kweku Annan of Net2 TV, Nana Kofi Appiah of Asta FM, Felicia Obeng Asamaning of Vision1 FM, Prince Minkah of TV XYZ, Collins Amo Poku of Oyerepa FM, staff members of 21st clinic among others.

The Clinic which has many branches across the country has been recognized as the number one treatment Center for sciatica. Sciatica is pain affecting the back, hip, and outer side of the leg, caused by compression of a spinal nerve root in the lower back, often owing to degeneration of an intervertebral disc.

Receiving the award at Raddison hotel and conference centre in Kigali, the Rwandan capital, CEO of 21st Clinic, Dr. Blessed Foster said “this is a win for Ghana and the entire African continent.

He told his vision is to expand and take Indigenous Ghanaian medicine and treatment to next level and by extension take on the world.


21st Clinic has opened Africa’s First Sciatica Research and Treatment Center at Ghana’s Capital city Accra, around the East Legon enclaves.

The new center is to delve deeply into the canker of Sciatica affecting a lot of people across the world and how it can be totally elimination.

Dr. Blessed Foster said the tremendous growth of the clinic over the past six years of its inception has been fantastic in the health care sector in Ghana.

According to him, the new center will offer a unique platform for the conduct of Sciatica research and treatment in Africa and beyond.
