Akufo-Addo told in the face; you will lose this elections, no power will save you

Ghana’s President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has just been told in the face that he will lose the 2020 election, and no force in this world can save him from the humiliation coming his way on December 7, 2020.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Election Chief, Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, who made this comment at a press conference in Accra on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, outlined a number of factors indicating that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, the New Patriotic Party (NPP), is liaising with the Electoral Commission to rig the election.

He listed the commission’s conduct of failing to publish special voters’ names as a single scheme. He also alleged that the country’s stability was undermined in favor of the NPP.

However, Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankra added that the voice of the people is the voice of the Lord, and the NPP and Nana Akufo Addo could not be saved from losing the election. He suggests that in heaven or earth, there is no force that can stop a determined person from removing Akufo Addo.

“No force exists that can hinder committed citizens. No divine or earthly force. There is simply nothing that can deter a bad government from being replaced by the people. The democratic right to be elected twice is not granted to any government. They have lost and on December 7, 2020, nothing will save them.’ He noted an angry Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankra.

In the meantime, Mr. Elvise Afriyie Ankrah has indicated that every single Ghanaian is bound to ensure the peaceful conduct of the forthcoming elections. He added, “Nobody is going to get a visa to go anywhere, so we all have to stay here and guarantee a peaceful election.” No one’s going to run away with his children, no one’s going to flee after the violence has been established. In this world, we’re all going to live.’ added Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah.

Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah further suggested that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo should have his delivery notes ready for the Administrator General’s office by this time, but this has not been achieved. He adds that conducting himself in such a way is illegal for Akufo Addo.

The President’s Office should schedule the distribution notes no later than 30 days before the new election is to take place. There is a transfer mechanism, and whatever it is, the constitutional handing over of notes to the administrator general should be detailed.

If the transfer is going to happen, we don’t even know. Akufo Addo, who claims to be a Democrat, has refused to bring this legislation into effect. “He should start the process and prepare his notes for handing over,” added Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah.
