The New Patriotic Party’s Bono Regional Chairman, Kwame Baffoe Abronye, says his party has rejected and will challenge the parliamentary results of the Banda Constituency.
Speaking at Saturday’s press conference, he said the party had found allegations of voting at some polling stations in Banda and alleged swapping the results of NPP parliamentary candidate Joe Danquah for Hon. NDC’s Ahmed Ibrahim.
The party asked the EC to fix the anomaly, according to the Chairman, or they would also introduce Joe Danquah to be sworn in as MP for Banda in the next parliament.
