The ‘Theater of Dreams’ in Dawu has been approved by the Club Licensing Board, following their last inspection yesterday.
Dreams FC, the venue users, had to play their first game against Asante Kotoko during the Ghana Premier League match day one at the Accra sports stadium due to unfinished renovation works.
Club Licensing Board member Mr Mike Bonsu in an interview with Power 97.9FM in Accra said “Dawu has been approved. We were there yesterday and they have done well.”
“When you go to Dawu to run commentary you will feel safe now. Works on the pitch have seen improvement. There’s a nice conference room and I think going forward, things will be improved,”he added.
Dreams FC plays their next home game at the theatre of Dreams in Dawu against Accra Lions FC.
