Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan, former Chairman of the Electoral Commission of Ghana from 1992 to 2012, revealed that the majority of crushed political meetings would generally be odd as a result of political decision-making outcomes in view of the enormous commitments they have made.
According to him a large portion of these ideological groups go to their agents with promises to pay them in various systems on the off chance that they win the races and are given enormous quantities of cash for crusade exercises, but they accuse the Electoral Commission of the machinery of the victors on the unlikely occasion they are crushed.
He explained that they are seeking to find pardons that involve reprimanding the Electoral Commission for their misfortunes, as they could be burdened with obligations.
“I have doubts as to why, above all else, they collect colossal amounts of money from individuals with the assurance that they will be remedied when they win.”
He added that On the off chance you lose, they should find a way to reveal to them that they lost in light of the fact that you were bamboozled by the appointing commission or destroyed by someone.” That’s one aspect, and the facts show that they raise huge amounts of people’s cash, with a wide range of guarantees.
Dr. Afari Gyan, speaking at a workshop organized in Accra by the West African Election Observers Network, asked why a portion of the ideological groups who themselves know that they do not have the slightest chance of winning a political race will engage in such actions.
