EC given 3-day ultimatum to declare John Mahama as President elect

Ghana is recognized as one of the world’s most peaceful nations. The residents are calm, polite, obedient, and law abiding people. Hospitality is one of the things that Ghanaians can not do away with.

But Ghana has been a hot country in West Africa over the past week. Ghanaians exercised their franchise on 7 December 2020, and after that, a lot of stuff is going on in the region.

On Wednesday, 9 December 2020, at about 5:30 pm, the Ghana Electoral Commission made its declaration of the presidential results in favour of HE Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo. HE John Dramani Mahama and his NDC members thought that they deserved to be proclaimed the champions, but not HE Nana Addo Danquah and the NPP family after she came out.

Upon gathering their information, the EC President, Mrs. Jane Mensah, and her people were not fair to their argument. They claimed the one who won the election was HE John Dramani Mahama, but because they were tricked, they ended up announcing HE Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo as the winner.

The Electoral Commission is given 3 days to come out and announce HE John Dramani Mahama as President of the Republic of Ghana, according to the NDC representatives. They are also questioning the EC’s integrity. The Electoral Commission, according to them, was not at all fair. Her statistics suggest something has gone wrong. All shows clearly, on the pink sheets they have that HE John Dramani Mahama is the winner of the just-ended election.

They continue to say that before the EC President comes out and declares HE John Dramani Mahama as President of the Republic of Ghana, nobody in this country will be granted heads either. We know only one president, and that guy is John Dramani Mahama, H.E.
