Ejura shooting: NDC youth wing to demonstrate in Accra

The youth wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has served notice it will stage a demonstration in Accra to protest the death of a social activist who was killed by a mob at Ejura in the Ashanti Region.

Dubbed ‘A March for Justice’ for Mohammed Ibrahim, also known as Kaaka, the NDC said in a letter to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), James Oppng-Buanuh, indicated their notice to the police in line with the Public Order ACT (ACT 491) of Section 1.

A statement released by the NDC National Youth Organiser, George Opare Addo clearly spelled out the plans to stage the peaceful protest in the quest for seeking Justice for Mohammed Kaaka. The protest march is slated to take place in Accra on 6th July, 2021.
