The Klagon office of the Chairman of the People’s National Convention, Bernard Mornah, has been broken into with items worth of thousands of cedis taken away.
Mr Mornah who was virtually in shock at the time XYZ News called him said he suspects foul play in the ransack.
He said all computers, electronic gadgets and even tables and chairs at his office were stolen.
“Yesterday in the evening I got a call from my supervisor that he was on his usual routine and passed by the office only to note that the office has been broken into… He told me everything in the office had gone,” he told Kofi Oppong Asamoah
The matter has been reported to the police, but the PNC Chairman says he is not ruling out anything including a possible paid job in the attack on his office by some unknown persons.
He will not tell what kind of documents may have been taken with the stolen items but says he is unshaken and cannot be intimidated if the attack is to silence him for his involvement in actions intended to make government unpopular.
