Government consciously collapsing GES – Fmr Deputy GES Boss

A former deputy Director General of the Ghana Education Service has described as worrying, the conscious effort by government through the sector Ministry to collapse the Ghana Education Service (GES).

Mr Charles Aheto Tsegah cites unpopular policies being imposed on the service without the collective input of stakeholders.

Mr Tsegah who is now a leading member of advocacy group, Ghana National Education Campaign Coalition, condemned the development which he said has serious consequences for the sustenance of quality education.
