Rapper Edem opened up about how the formal education he had as a young boy profoundly affected his music career.
He credits his performance in the musical terrain of Ghana to his Amazing Love School, his junior high school.
Edem chronicles his musical journey in a yet-to-be aired episode of E Vibes on JoyNews, reminiscent of how the company influenced his music career.
He recounts that it was a music cassette stand near the school where Obrafuor procured his first song.
In addition, he tells JoyNews’ Becky that the school “was embroiled in activities related to music”
“There’s also the cultural aspect when you step away from that,” Edem says.
A seven-track EP titled ‘Mood Swings’ was recently released by the versatile musician.
