President Akufo Addo is back home after his working three-nation working visit. The President, who left Ghana last Friday, to attend the 5th Edition of the Financial Times Africa Summit which took place in London, also flew to Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia, to lead the Ghanaian delegation to the 17th Summit of Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).
The President’s final stop was in Paris, France, where he held series of meetings with some potential investors over the weekend.
He was met on arrival by the Vice President, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia; the Chief of Staff, Madam Frema Akosua Osei Opare; her deputy Chief of Staff, Abu Jinapor; Interior Minister for the Interior, Ambrose Dery; and the IGP David Asante Appeatu among other officials.
Briefing journalists at the Jubilee Lounge upon arrival, Director of Communications at the Presidency, Eugene Arhin explained some key agreements such as ensuring the teaching and learning of French, making the directional signs in the country French friendly, among others.
