Actor and the Head of Technical Committee of Ghana Actors Guild Ken Fiati, has suggested that the state must set up a fund to help film makers come out with better films.
According to him, due economic hardship facing the country, one can not make profit out of investing in the industry
“The question is the system, Is it in such a way that if he invest he’s going to make profit out of it… if you invest 10 cedis today tomorrow it will change,” he said.
In an interview with Prince Kwame Minkah on Dwaboase show on Power979fm and TVXYZ, Ken said,”we need to shape our policies in such a way that if you invest 1 cedi you should be able to make a profit of 2 cedis because there are avenue of distributions.
