The Ghana League Clubs Association has formed a seven-member committee to persuade Government to rescind its decision to take steps to resolve the Ghana Football Association.
The decision was taken at an emergency meeting held at GHALCA’s Secretariat at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Government initiated steps to dissolve the GFA after several of its members were caught on tape in Numer 12 Expose by Investigative Journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas which was premiered last Wednesday.
The seven-member delegation which includes the GHALCA chairman Kudjoe Fianoo and sacked FA vice president George Afriyie will meet with the Minister of Youth and Sports to thrash out the way forward for the Football Association.
Other members include George Amoako, Ernest Kuffour, Kweku Eyiah and Wilson Arthur
GHALCA has also called for an Extra Ordinary Congress within the next 5 days to address the current crisis in Ghana football.
