XYZ News can confirm that, the headmaster of Tempane Senior High School has been asked to report to the Regional Directorate of the Ghana Education Service pending investigations into alleged sabotage of government’s free SHS programme.
This follows a video release by the Deputy National Organizer of the opposition NDC, Joshua Akamba in which he was seen interacting with students of the school on problems of bedbug infestation brought about by congestion resulting of the free SHS programme.
Speaking on Radio XYZ’ morning show, “Ghana Te Sen” on Monday, Public Relations Officer of the Ministry of Education, Vincent Assafuah confirmed the headmaster has been asked to report to the regional directorate of the service. “I can tell you that he has been directed to report to the Upper West Regional directorate of the GES” he said.
Mr Assafuah accused both Joshua Akamba and the headmaster of conniving to sabotage government’s free SHS programme.
