Carlos Vaz Pinto has been named by Accra Hearts of Oak as their new Technical Director.
After his deal with Portuguese U-23 side Famalicao ended in June this year, the 46-year-old joined the Phobians.
In Angola, the Portuguese had prior experience on the continent, leading two local teams at C.R.D Libolo and Caala.
Vaz Pinto also spent a year in 2017 as the manager of Saint George SA, the Ethiopian side.
In the upcoming Ghana Premier League season, Vaz Pinto is expected to oversee the technical affairs at the club, alongside Head Coach Edward Odoom.
