Ghana Post Company has officially ushered in the 2025 festive season with a vibrant celebration of its annual Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at its headquarters in Accra.
The colourful event brought together management, staff, partners, and key stakeholders from across the country for an evening of Scripture readings, uplifting carols, and reflections on the company’s achievements over the past year.
As part of the celebration, Ghana Post unveiled a nationwide Christmas initiative dubbed the “Delivering Joy to Your Door” promotion, aimed at enhancing parcel, gift, and express delivery services during the festive period.
The campaign encourages individuals, families, and corporate organisations to rely on Ghana Post for safe, timely, and convenient delivery of Christmas gifts and holiday packages.

Management noted that the promotion underscores Ghana Post’s renewed commitment to customer satisfaction, service excellence, and continuous innovation, especially at a time when demand for courier and delivery services continues to rise.
They also praised staff for their dedication and hard work, while assuring the public of improved, customer-friendly services across all branches nationwide.
Delivering a special message at the launch, the Managing Director of Ghana Post Company, Rita Sraha, shared nostalgic memories of how, in schools such as Wesley Girls’ High School and St. Monica’s, the arrival of the postmaster’s bicycle once brought excitement among students during the Christmas season.
She said Ghana Post continues to preserve that same spirit of connection and joy through its modern delivery systems.
Describing the new campaign as a celebration of customer loyalty, Madam Sraha stated:
“Ghana Post remains committed to delivering not just parcels, but joy, trust, and meaningful connections to every home and business across the country. Our ‘Delivering Joy to Your Door’ promotion is a heartfelt appreciation to our loyal customers who continue to be the backbone of our growth.”

She also highlighted the company’s resilience during periods of operational difficulty, including the temporary suspension of US-bound shipments, expressing gratitude to customers who continued to offer unwavering support.
Madam Sraha reaffirmed that every Ghana Post delivery carries more than an item; it carries the joy of giving, the magic of receiving, and the reassurance that someone cares.
She concluded by encouraging the public to participate in the festive promotion and assured customers of Ghana Post’s continued commitment to innovation, reliability, and service excellence.
