GoldBod Jewelry, a subsidiary of the Ghana Gold Board, has announced the appointment of celebrated media personality Bola Ray (Kwabena Anokye Disi) and award-winning actress Joselyn Dumas as its new Brand Ambassadors.
The appointment forms part of GoldBod’s strategy to promote Ghana’s rich gold heritage and highlight the nation’s craftsmanship in producing authentic, world-class jewelry through ethical sourcing and expert artistry.
With Bola Ray’s charisma and Joselyn Dumas’s elegance, the partnership is expected to elevate GoldBod’s visibility both locally and internationally, positioning the brand as a symbol of Ghanaian excellence in fine jewelry design.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony at the company’s head office in Accra, Chief Executive Officer Sammy Gyamfi, Esq., described the collaboration as a major step toward projecting Ghanaian creativity and value addition in the gold sector.
“Bola Ray and Joselyn Dumas represent excellence and authenticity, the very values that define the GoldBod Jewelry brand. Their appointment marks a major milestone in our mission to promote local value addition to Ghana’s gold resources,” Mr. Gyamfi said.
He added that the partnership aligns with President John Dramani Mahama’s vision of making Ghana a leading hub for authentic gold jewelry and ornaments across Africa.
As part of their ambassadorial roles, the two icons will lead brand campaigns, media engagements, and public outreach initiatives to promote GoldBod’s latest collections, including fine gold and diamond jewelry, bespoke ornaments, and luxury accessories.
