The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr. Christian Tetteh Yohunu, attended the Police Carol Service, a significant occasion during which police officers gathered to pray and sing hymns.
He also delivered a year-end address to officers, highlighting the welfare and support of injured and sick personnel, promotions within the Service, and expressing appreciation to officers who are retiring after years of dedicated service.

The IGP urged personnel to work with passion to maintain peace, safety, and public order, while upholding discipline, professionalism, and respect for human rights in the discharge of their duties.
In his address, Mr. Yohunu thanked officers and their families for their continued support and sacrifices.
He encouraged officers to attend church or mosque during their off-duty periods and extended his best wishes to all personnel for a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
