Medikal applauds President Mahama’s leadership

Ghanaian musician Samuel Adu Frimpong, popularly known as Medikal (BYK), has publicly praised President John Dramani Mahama for his leadership style, describing him as a “very serious guy” and a capable national leader.

In a post shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Medikal expressed strong admiration for Mahama’s governance, urging Ghanaians to pray that the President remains in power.

“Make una pray that Mahama doesn’t leave power oo; he’s a very serious guy!” he wrote.

Medikal further suggested that even if Mahama completes his term, the leadership baton should be either passed to his brother, Ibrahim Mahama, or to former Trade Minister Alan Kyerematen (known as Alan Cash).

According to the artist, both men possess the ambition and capacity to drive Ghana’s development forward.

“Even if he does finish his term, he should hand it over to Ibrahim Mahama, his brother, or Alan Cash. These men have serious ambitions to make Ghana a great nation, trust me…”

The post has sparked discussion online, adding a celebrity voice to ongoing political conversations about Ghana’s leadership and future direction.
