The National Lottery Authority (NLA), a key revenue generator and regulator — has marked this year’s Customer Service Week with a health walk in Accra.
The exercise brought together management, staff, and valued customers of the Authority to strengthen relationships and promote healthy living among participants.
Speaking to the media, the Director-General of the NLA, Mr. Mohammed Abdul-Salam, reaffirmed that the Authority’s core mandate is to generate revenue for national development through efficient lottery operations.
Mr. Abdul-Salam also emphasized the importance of physical fitness, noting that regular exercise refreshes the mind and promotes a healthy lifestyle, enabling staff to deliver better customer service.
