The National Tripartite Committee begun negotiations to determine the 2025 minimum wage and the base pay for the 2025, in line with the Public Financial Management (PFM) Act.
The Committee, which begun work yesterday, is expected to conclude negotiations by the end of April, to inform the 2025 Budget statement, to be presented to Parliament by the Minister of Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson.
A statement signed by acting Spokesperson to the President, Felix Kwkye Ofosu appealed to members of the Committee to work expeditiously to meet the April ending deadline.
