The Vice President acknowledged the Navy’s constraints, particularly shortages of platforms and essential facilities, but assured personnel that steps are being taken to address them.

“Government has been made aware of the constraints facing the Navy, including insufficient platforms and facilities.

We are exploring every avenue to better equip the Ghana Navy and will tackle the challenges with the urgency they deserve,” she said.

She further urged personnel to maintain professionalism and strengthen collaboration with other maritime stakeholders to safeguard Ghana’s territorial waters.
