Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Mahama has reiterated his commitment to transparency in his next government to earn the needed support to address the challenges ahead if he assumes office come January 7, 2024.
Addressing traders at the Ho Central market today, Mr Mahama, observed that good leadership honesty and accountability; not for one to laud him or herself over subjects.
” I can assure you of truth and honesty. As President I will be truthful and honest to you. I’ll not deceive you. I’ll not tell you lies. And I will do my best, I will work hard to turn economy of this country around” he assured
John Mahama who chided the Akufo Addo- Bawumia led government for lying their way to power said today, their cup is full but they assume Ghanaians are dumb so they continue to shamelessly defend their failures.
“On 7th December, Ghanaians are going to send the NPP back to opposition. They should go and reflect on the hardship and suffering they have inflicted on Ghanaians” he continued
He took time to explain the benefits of the Women Development Bank, the 24-hr economy policy and the expected impact.
He also assured that the next NDC administration will complete the Ho-Dzodze road to enhance in-city trading in the region.
