The General Manager of Nsuomnam Seafood and Fish Restaurant, Lamine Sylla, has clarified that the restaurant’s food is not expensive but rather exclusive.
According to Mr. Sylla, the perception circulating in town that Nsuomnam is a high-end restaurant only for the elite is completely false.
“Our food is exclusive, not expensive. We source all our ingredients locally and do not rely on imports. This is part of our commitment to supporting the local economy by purchasing only Ghanaian-made products,” he stated.
He further explained, “There are several restaurants that charge more than we do, but people only realize this after dining with us. Those restaurants are expensive because they import ingredients. At Nsuomnam, you can enjoy brunch for just 400 cedis.”
Speaking at a press briefing today, 29th April 2025, Mr. Sylla encouraged Ghanaians to support local businesses by choosing Made-in-Ghana food.
