KIA enhances car parks payment processes

The Management of the Kotoka international Airport (KIA) led by MD Yvonne Afriyie Opare in consultation with Propark, the management company responsible for the Car parks at KIA, have increased the number of pay points to six (6).

This development follows reported cases of long queues at the Terminal 3 Car Park Pay points for some time now.

The new pay points were unveiled on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.

At the time of operationalising the pay points, three officers had already been deployed to assist customers who prefer to pay via mobile money transfer.

Airport officials said customers who wish to pay via bank cards would also be assisted by officers with Point of Sale (POS) machines for seamless transactions always.

These measures, officials said, are to “help ease congestion and the inconvenience experienced by our cherished customers.”

“Management takes this opportunity to thank customers for their patience and patronage. Any inconvenience caused as a result of the long queues is deeply regretted,” KIA said in a statement.
