The Manhyia Palace has invited media houses to apply for accreditation to cover the upcoming Dote-Yie of Nana Konadu Yiadom III, the Asantehemaa.
The final funeral rites, a major cultural observance in Asanteman, will take place in Kumasi from September 14 to 18, 2025.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Media Committee, George Antwi-Boasiako, the Palace directed interested outlets to submit applications by Friday, September 5, 2025, to allow for smooth coordination.
The Palace stressed the ceremony’s significance to Asanteman and urged media organisations to comply with the accreditation process.
