Hajia Police calls for Muslim–Christian unity ahead of Ramadan

Ghanaian Afrobeat musician Hajia Police has called on Muslims and Christians to embrace peaceful coexistence as the holy month of Ramadan approaches.

The seasoned artiste made the appeal ahead of the commencement of the Ramadan fasting period, urging both faiths to strengthen unity, tolerance, and mutual respect.

According to her, Muslims and Christians are one people with a common goal in life and must, therefore, live together in peace and harmony.

She emphasized that unity among religious groups promotes cultural balance, understanding, and national development.

Hajia Police further urged her fellow Muslims to observe the Ramadan season with purity of heart, discipline, and devotion, and to avoid any actions that could hinder their prayers to Allah.

Ramadan marks a sacred period of fasting, prayer, and spiritual reflection for Muslims around the world.
