Hafiz Ibrahim completes permanent move to Canal SC on a 3-yr deal

Ghanaian midfielder Hafiz Ibrahim has completed a permanent transfer from Egyptian Premier League side El Gouna FC to fellow top-flight club Canal SC, signing a three-year contract.

The move follows a successful loan arrangement at EL Gouna FC, where his performances convinced the club to secure his services on a long-term deal ahead of the new season.

Ibrahim arrives at his new club after featuring in 33 of El Gouna FC’s 35 league matches last season, underlining his consistency and importance to the team.

Hafiz began his professional football career at Attram De Visser Sporting Club in Ghana before earning a loan move to El Gouna FC.

During his spell at El Gouna FC,
the playmaker’s impressed with his quality, work rate, and attacking ability, prompting Canal SC to secure his signature to strengthen their squad for the upcoming Egyptian Premier League campaign.

The Ghanaian midfielder has also represented Ghana at the U17, U23, and Black Galaxies levels, highlighting his experience on the international stage. With his future now secured at Canal SC, Hafiz Ibrahim will be looking to build on his impressive form and play a key role in the club’s ambitions over the next three seasons.
