Bawumia speaks on his vision for Ghana

The Vice President and Flag bearer of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is set to address the country at the Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), today.

This is his first public lecture since was elected the flag bearer of the NPP, and he is expected to address the public his vision as the leader of the governing party.

Former president J.A Kufuor and some NPP stalwarts have arrived at the auditorium at UPSA, including the Chief of Staff, Frema Opare and Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.

Even though a number of the opposition bigwigs have touted him as someone who has nothing more to present to Ghanaians, some also share the view that, his speech may be built on the legacies of President Akufo-Addo.
