The National Vice Chairperson of the Youth Working Committee of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Kwaku Aseidu Nketiah has urged various youth groups in the Northern Region to support the party’s campaign and help propagate the policies of John Mahama to the people.
The youth activist made the appeal when he made a donation to some NDC youth groups in Tolon and Mion Constituencies yesterday as part of his regional tour of the region.
In a spirited outreach initiative, Dr. Aseidu Nketiah made a significant donation of party T-shirts, footballs, and sets of jerseys to the youth groups in the Vowagni and Eshawai communities.
He also had interaction with the NDC Parliamentary candidate, Dr. Osman Damba, Hon. Misbawu Mahama Adams, Chairman Adams, Commander Believer, Commander Jeffery, and other party executives.
Dr. Kwaku Asiedu Nketiah expressed optimism that the NDC flagbearer, former president John Mahama and his running mate, Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, will be better leaders to roll out progressive policies that will impact the lives of the youth in the country.
Dr. Asiedu Nketiah also emphasised the NDC’s committement to youth empowerment and community development.
He highlighted the party’s stance against the acceptance of LGBTQ+ rights in the country.
