Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) John Dramani Mahama will begin a 5-day campaign tour of the Eastern Region from Monday, November 18,2024 to Friday, November 22,2024.
This will bring to 14, the regions the Mahama4Change team has visited so far with barely 19 days to the December 7 general election.
The tour in the President, Nana Akufo Addo’s home region, and one of the strongholds of the governing New Patriotic Party is crucial because of the NDC’s strategy to leverage on its traditional votes and to ‘cash in’ on disillusioned NPP members disappointed by the abysmal performance of the Nana Addo- Bawumia government which has brought untold hardship on Ghanians.
John Mahama will kick start his campaign at the Nsawam- Adoagyiri constituency where he will address a mini durbar at Nsawam Lorry Park.
He will hold a similar engagement at Ayensuano, in the Upper West Akim, and then cross over to the Lower West Akim Constituency.
According to today’s iterenary John Mahama also visit the hometown of President Nana Akufo Addo, Kyebi in Abuakwa South.
His campaign team will later this afternoon move to Suhum before wrapping up Day One at the Eastern regional capital, Koforidua, which is in theNew Juaben South constituency.
John Mahama and his entourage according to the itinerary available to myxyzonline.com is expected to all the constituencies in the region except the Afram plains area.
The Former President who is staging a come back to reset Ghana for prosperity for all will end his campaign on Friday, November 22,2024 from Asesewa in the Upper Manya Krobo constituency. He will later move to the Asougyaman, Lower Manya Krobo, Yilo Krobo, Okere, Akuapim North and wrap it all up with a durbar at Aburi in the Akuapim South Constituency.
