Vice President Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has been enstooled as Owoabrempong Kru-Kow I of the Komenda Traditional Area in the Central Region.
The ceremony, organised by the Komenda Traditional Council, conferred on her the revered title in recognition of her contributions to education, leadership, and national development.
As part of the traditional rites, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang was formally presented to chiefs and elders of the area.
She pledged her commitment to advancing the values, heritage, and development of the Komenda community.
The event drew traditional leaders, government officials, and residents, who praised the Vice President for her distinguished service to Ghana and her deep ties to the Central Region.
Her new title, Owoabrempong Kru-Kow I, reflects her role as a unifying figure and advocate for development in Komenda and beyond.
