The State Housing Company Limited (SHC) has launched a two-month revenue mobilization campaign aimed at recovering outstanding debts and strengthening its financial position.
The campaign, which runs from November 3 to December 31, 2025, offers a 15% discount to clients who settle their outstanding financial obligations in full within the period.
Launching the initiative at the company’s head office in Accra on Monday, Managing Director, Mr. John Bawah, said the exercise seeks to remind clients of the importance of keeping their financial commitments and documentation with the company up to date.
Mr. Bawah noted that although SHC has played a vital role in Ghana’s housing development, it continues to face significant challenges from unpaid debts owed by individuals and institutions.
He emphasized that these outstanding obligations undermine the company’s ability to deliver on its mandate of providing affordable housing for Ghanaians.
He therefore urged all clients with outstanding balances to take advantage of the discount window and clear their debts in full.
Mr. Bawah further revealed that the company plans to introduce a 24-hour premium service before the end of the year as part of efforts to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
