Chief of Staff Julius Debrah has underscored the crucial role of lawyers within the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in driving the party’s “Reset Agenda,” which seeks to rebuild Ghana on the pillars of transparency and accountability.
Speaking at the 5th Annual Conference of the NDC Lawyers Association, Mr. Debrah described the reset agenda as a deliberate effort to recalibrate governance in ways that improve the lives of citizens while ensuring state institutions operate in line with constitutional mandates.
“We must help design systems that shun arbitrariness and open the way to transparency, accountability and fairness,” he told the gathering.
According to him, the expertise of NDC lawyers will be indispensable in shaping reforms that restore public trust in democratic institutions and anchor the party’s vision for a responsive and accountable government.
