The Chairman of the Committee on Roads and Transport of Parliament and MP for Wassa East Hon Isaac Adjei Mensah has urged contractors working on various road projects across the country to speed up the pace of work for timely completion of the projects to ease congestion on those roads.
He made the call when the Committee on Roads and Transport of Parliament inspected some ongoing road projects in Accra including the Tema Motorway expansion work,
Flowerpot Interchange project,
the Ashiaman – Atimpoku. and motoway to Dawhenya
road project.
He expressed satisfaction with work done by the contractors on the projects inspected by the committee and said the committee will make their observations known to Parliament for necessary action to be taken.
