The MP for Ketu North, Hon. Edem Agbana, has said the Ministry of Education will see major reforms under the leadership of the newly appointed minister, Hon. Haruna Iddrisu.
Speaking on the floor of Parliament on Tuesday following the approval of the second batch of ministers nominated by President John Mahama, Agbana noted that Mr Iddrisu has always exhibited competence since he was a student leader.
During the debate, he pointed out that the new minister, the first Education Minister from the Northern part of the country will deliver.
He said the education sector in that part of the country will be reformed and he is confident Haruna Iddrisu will leave a mark in that ministry.
